Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services operated by Sovereign Firm ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Services

Sovereign Firm builds and operates software products including image editing tools, pricing databases, file converters, and other web-based utilities. Each product may have additional terms specific to its functionality.

User Accounts

Some services require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Upload malicious content, malware, or content that infringes on others' rights.
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services.
• Use automated systems to access our services in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

Intellectual Property

Our services, including their design, code, and content, are owned by Sovereign Firm and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you create or upload using our tools remains yours.

Payment and Refunds

Certain services may require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Refund policies are specified per product. If no specific policy is stated, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovereign Firm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
